I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. The guide, Lisa Shoemaker, was very attentive to needs of the passengers. The bus driver, Rob, was outstanding. I enjoyed the variety of sites, especially the lesser known ones which I might have overlooked. One caveat: many days we had 2-2.5 hours for lunch & "free time" but had been rushed through some of the sites. A shorter lunch time & longer time to explore the sites would have been preferable. Take "Tavern on the Wharf" off the suggested restaurants!! While the service was very very good, the food was awful: both the steak tips and chicken caprese were so dry as to be unedible. On a personal note: while I received emails about billing, I never received emails about the trip, schedules, etc. My traveling companion would text me and say, "did you respond to ..." or "get the email about ...", but I never did. If she remembered to forward them to me, I had info, if not I was in the dark.

Enjoyed the tour very much. Guide Lisa was excellent. A few glitches with quality of dinners but overall okay. Group on the tour were compatible and enjoyed each other's company. Historic Sites visited were all good. Accommodations were good. Bus driver Rob was excellent.

Lisa was a great guide & caring plus Rob an excellent driver. The tour was interesting and enjoyable.

Jose was an amazing tour guide for the NYC Financial District walking tour. With a background in the field, his passion for the city and its financial history leading up to today was contagious. Our group really enjoyed walking the streets and learning about this incredible city! Thank you!
